The primary objective of this role is providing strategic thought leadership in the development of an IT strategy that meets the Bakery’s long-term and short-term technical needs. This individual will also provide technical and end user support for our ERP packages and many of the systems and/or processes that support those applications. As the team’s lead analyst/consultant, this person has strong technical, business, and teamwork skills. As the primary IT consultant to the business unit, this individual must be able to clearly understand the Bakery’s production environment, define solid business requirements based on that understanding and work with other members of the client and IT staff to deliver systems meeting those requirements.
